Our Arctic Thyme Salt is great for curing fish as well as dry cured meats. We highly recommend using it with Icelandic lamb, if you can get your hands on it.
One 3.17oz jar will last between 1-2 months depending on usage. Flakes are lighter and airy, so you can use less volume than table salt.
No. Our salts are not iodized and contain no anti-caking agents or additives—only pure sea salt and natural botanicals for flavoured varieties.
