WATERMELON:

• Half of a watermelon
• Saltverk Birch Smoked Salt, to taste

Slice watermelon into 3/4 inch thick slices.  Sprinkle with Birch Smoked Salt to your taste.  Enjoy your juicier, more flavorful, slightly smoky watermelon.
