EGG NOG:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 oz (by volume) sugar 
  • 2 oz brandy
  • 2 oz spiced rum
  • 6 oz whole milk
  • 4 oz heavy cream
  • A pinch of Saltverk Licorice Salt

Add two eggs to a blender and beat for one minute on medium speed.  Then, while blender is still going on low, slowly add sugar, whole milk, heavy cream, a shot of brandy, a shot of spiced rum and a sprinkle of Flaky Sea Salt and blend for one more minute.

Chill thoroughly to allow the flavors to combine and serve in a glass of your choice

Finish with a sprinkle of salt on top immediately before serving.
